We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery except clearance items, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

  • Return or exchange in one of our retail stores: For your convenience, we accept online returns at EGO stores. We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment or as store credit.

  • Return or exchange via mail: We gladly accept returns on any of our merchandise within 30 days of delivery only through the United States Postal Service (USPS). RETURNS ARE VOID IN CASE OF SPECIAL SALES. There's a return label fee for any order. Returning charges vary depending on the reason for the return. In order for us to waive the return label fee certain conditions must apply, these are: the merchandise has a physical defect (we'll need evidence of the damage) or it doesn't match with what was ordered. You will receive an email when your return is received, and your refund has been processed. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment. To prevent a delay in refund, returns must be shipped back within 7 – 14 weekdays since the return label was issued.

  • Please note:

    We cover the costs of returns only when the item is shipped from the original order address to the original delivery address and back to the original address. If the package is redirected to a secondary location by a forwarding postal service or any other intermediary, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges incurred.

    For all returns and exchanges, please use only USPS and the original shipping address provided. Any additional shipping charges or redirection costs beyond this will be the customer’s responsibility.

EGO guarantees against manufacturer's defects. Normal wear and tear do not qualify. If you feel the merchandise is defective and it was purchased from this website, please contact us by emailing info@egolovers.com or call/message us at  (301) 844 1936

EGO merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Do not send items back through other means or without obtaining a return authorization as your package may be sent back to you.
